FEES

Each project is unique and has its own level of complexity, which influences the background design, research and planning as well as the time needed for project and budget management.

The structure for my fees is as follows:

House extensions/remodels or multi-trade projects:

Initial consultation to discuss the project - Free of Charge

First-stage designs, resourcing ideas and engaging tradespeople, obtaining quotations - starts from £500 as an initial first-stage fee, depending on the size and complexity of the project
Once the project has been fully detailed and agreed, the second-stage fees are then between 12% and 15% of the overall cost of the project, depending on the size of project and scope of management required. This covers project management of the entire build, sourcing fixtures, fittings and and materials, overseeing the work on a daily basis, working with tradespeople to ensure the quality of the work and maintaining control of the budget.

Kitchens and bathrooms:

Initial consultation to discuss the project - Free of Charge
Family bathroom design and refit: 15% of total project cost (including initial consultation and designs). I source designer-look bathroom fittings and materials at affordable prices and I pass on my trade discounts to my clients.
New kitchen design and refit: 15% of total project cost (including initial consultation and designs). I work with independent kitchen companies who supply and fit high quality kitchens at affordable prices and I pass on my trade discounts to my clients.

Throughout the project I will endeavour to make sure that the costs are competitive and that each client achieves true value for money for the work that is completed.

My overarching aim is to make sure my clients save money, time and stress using my services compared to taking on the work themselves.
